SourceAP has assembled a team of the most experienced researchers and associates from the leading search firms and corporate recruiting organizations. These professionals are fluent in their respective markets and pride themselves on the depth of their industry knowledge, functional understanding and the accuracy of their work. A level of scale provides sufficient generalist and specialist capacity to address any geography/language, industry/function, or level of project complexity and size.

Transparency and flexibility provide the foundation of SourceAP's services. Clients will choose the level of service required. Product and service offerings are comprised of three levels in order to provide the flexibility required to meet an organization’s needs.
  • Research (name generation)
  • Candidate development
  • Candidate assessment/screening
Once the client establishes the parameters and criteria, a service offering will be tailored to the specific needs. In addition, all information (research, contacts, comments and bios) will be provided which can be added to the client’s candidate database.

Research
Research reports are provided on a weekly basis during the project. The report includes contact name, telephone numbers, email addresses, company, location, and a bio and/or reporting relationship (i.e. Reports to the VP, Manufacturing).

Candidate Development
In addition to the previously commissioned research, the candidate development process will include contacting potential candidates to determine level of interest in the opportunity and obtaining detailed biographical information. Candidates are screened against the clients’ predetermined criteria for the position.

Assessment
Once the top candidates are identified, interviews are conducted to assess each candidate’s "fit" within the organization.
