Kevin S. Anderson - Partner
Kevin S. Anderson is a Founding Partner of Anderson Partners, serving clients in multiple industries. Kevin's primary focus has been developing and growing the Technology Practice. Kevin has over 12 years of experience in senior-level executive search and was most recently a Consultant in the Dallas office of Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. Previously, he was a founder of Heidrick & Struggles' Austin office and created a strong semiconductor and technology market presence in the Southwest. Kevin was recruited to Heidrick & Struggles to participate in developing the strategy and execution of LeadersOnline, the internet-based subsidiary of the firm. He was a member of the International Technology Practice with a focus on the software and semiconductor industries and the CIO function within all major industries. Kevin has conducted numerous searches for Boards of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Vice President positions.

Kevin maintains his early-stage, venture capital and private equity-backed client base. His clients have included leading corporations such as AMD, Centex, Compaq, DuPont, EDS, GE, U.S. Steel, The Feld Group, Silicon Laboratories, Inc., and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kevin was a Partner at Stanton Chase International, an international executive search firm, where he was consistently the top performing partner with a primary focus on the industrial, consumer products, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. Previously, he gained experience in sales and marketing with a leading medical device company. Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. Kevin resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife and three children.
