 Kevin S. Anderson is a Partner of Anderson Partners with a focus on serving clients in multiple industries. Kevin has over ten years of experience in senior-level executive search and was most recently a Consultant in the Dallas office of Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. Previously, he was a founder of Heidrick & Struggles' Austin office and created a strong semiconductor and technology market presence in the Southwest. Kevin was recruited to Heidrick & Struggles to participate in developing the strategy and execution of LeadersOnline, the internet-based subsidiary of the firm. He was a member of the International Technology Practice with a focus on the software and semiconductor industries and the CIO function. Kevin has successfully completed searches for boards, chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief financial officers, chief information officers, and vice presidents in most line and staff positions.
He has served clients ranging from start-up, early stage Venture Capital backed companies to Fortune 100 companies. Kevin's clients have included DuPont, AMD, Centex, Compaq, GE, The Feld Group, Silicon Laboratories, Inc., and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation.
Kevin began his career in executive search as a Partner at Stanton Chase International, an international executive search firm, where he was consistently the top performing partner in the Dallas office. Previously, he gained experience in sales and marketing with a leading medical device company.
